With summer just around the corner, we teamed up with the Central America Tourism Agency (CATA) to list some of the most luxurious swimming pools in the Central American region, such as the Westin GOlf REsort & Spa, PLaya Conchal, Costa Rica (above).

Located on Costa Rica’s magnificent north pacific Riviera, the resort boasts one of the largest salt water swimming pools in Central America. The pool is reminiscent of a lagoon and comes complete with a jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking in the neighbouring mountains. The Barcelo Montelimar, Playa Montelimar, Nicaragua. This luxury resort is located on an exclusive spot on Nicaragua’s Pacific coast and features three swimming pools, including one of the largest in Central America and an adult-only pool.
