Activities are varied and plentiful. Daily olive oil and wine tastings take place at 5.40pm, offering guests the opportunity to sample the best of the region’s local offerings. Cookery classes can be arranged for two to six people, personally designed by Executive Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro to demonstrate Giovanni and his team’s outstanding knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine. Guests enjoy the dishes they have prepared during lunch that day and receive an embossed apron, diploma and copies of the Giovanni’s recipes following the class.

During a truffle walk in the local forest, the licensed truffle hunter shares his knowledge on the local varieties of truffles, and where to find them. A truffle-themed lunch is then served and enjoyed to complete the experience.
